International Diploma Course for Community Development Workers

(IDCCDW)

The eight-week international course has been designed for development practitioners, extension managers, trainors or social animators and all those involved in organizing grassroots initiatives at the community level. The course emphasizes a holistic, integrative approach to Community Development (CD) work toward sustainability. Participants will be exposed to rural-urban settings to complement the concepts and practices acquired during the course.

The process is experiential, participatory, culturally rooted and contextual. The following modules are just some of the topics included in this course:
