Examples: A quantitative approach – National Youth Study of ASI (1985); Content Analysis: Participatory Action Research as a Communication Process (1986); Kulandong (Tent School) as a wellspring of wisdom from Indigenous Mind; Photo Voice towards community empowerment, etc. Implications of Research to Pedagogy, to organizational development and to community organizing. Existential phenomenological approach as a way to a renewed consciousness.

Nurturing and Developing a Research Culture in a School or University

How to nurture and develop a research culture in a school or university by establishing a re-search unit that services also those who request for research as basis for policy and decisions. How to negotiate in the case of a research being commissioned to a research service provider/research unit. The Negotiation Process: creating and managing research culture in organizations. Clarifying with the client the research objectives, formulating a research proposal containing the research design and budget. Drafting a contract. Signing of the contract.
