Specialization in Community Development

This course is designed to provide school outreach coordinators, development workers, and all those engaged in social development work at the community level, with knowledge, attitudes, and skills in Community Development as a strategy for social transformation.

Master of Science in Education

Specialization in Transformational Educational Leadership

This course is designed to develop a strong sense of commitment to teaching and school administration. It aims to effect transformation among teachers and school administrators, in particular, as well as the school system, in general.

Master in Social Services and Development

This graduate program is designed for persons who are presently or expect to be engaged in the social services and human development processes. Such engagements can be in the context of developing countries or in contexts of other kinds of poverty being experienced in other social realities.

The program will weave together Catholic and other Christian social teachings, indigenous and inter-faith spirituality, Filipino and other Asian values. This will be a program of co-learners as faculty, students, cooperating agencies and organizations, as well as partner communities implement it.

Student participants would be maturing adults who find challenge in significant opportunities for self-learning and other self-initiatives. Students of the program will come from the various Catholic and other Christian churches, Non-Government-Organizations, National and Local Government Units and Social Development organizations.
