ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

For Filipino Applicants

Doctoral Program

The Program is open to holders of a Master's degree or its equivalent from a university or college of recognized standing, with at least five years experience in development work or employment in a responsible position in an educational institute or a development agency. The applicant must submit the following documents:

• Application letter addressed to the chairperson of the Admissions Committee
• Transcript of records of Masteral Degree
• Personal History Data
• Passport-size Photograph
• Letter of endorsement from employer(s) and/or previous professor(s).

Graduate Program

• For all graduate programs, the appropriate undergraduate degree
• At least 2-3 years experience in human and social development
• Leadership potential
• Capacity for independent study
• Documents to be submitted:
• Formal letter of application
• Two copies ASI Form No. 6 (Application Form)
• Official transcript of record: Original Copy with Special Order (S.O.)
• Honorable dismissal from the last school attended
• Two letters of recommendation from the agency or organization the applicant is connected with
• Autobiography
• 2 passport-size ID picture
• Must undergo an interview with the Section Head
• Must pass the entrance examination

Bachelor of Science in Social Work (Specialized Course)

• Completion of a 4-year degree course
• Documents to be submitted: same requirements as those of the graduate program
• Must pass the entrance examination
